Request bACE unstake and claim ACE.
Unstaking mean you're converting your bACE or wbACE back into ACE. If you're unstaking bACE, you'll get ACE back on a one-to-one basis. For wbACE, we'll handle the conversion for you behind the scenes.
Withdrawing is a breeze and happens in two phases: First, you request an unstake by locking your bACE or wbACE. We then prepare your ACE, and your locked bACE gets burned, signaling that your request is ready to proceed. This part normally takes between 1 to 5 days. However, during periods of high demand, it may take up to 14 days. Once the request is processed, you can claim your ACE.
Just hit the Request tab, decide how much bACE or wbACE you want to unstake, and click ‘Request unstake’. After confirming the transaction with your wallet, you wait a bit, then hit ‘Claim’ on the Claim tab when it's all set.
You sure can! You can swap your bACE for ACE at a one-to-one rate using the Request and Claim sections.
Yep! You're free to pick and choose which requests you'd like to claim from the ‘Request List’ on the Claim tab.
Every unstake request you make gets its own NFT. This NFT is minted automatically when you make a request, and you'll need to add it to your wallet to track the status. When your request is ready to be claimed, the NFT's look will change.
Adding an NFT to your wallet varies by wallet, but generally, you'll need the NFT Address and Token ID, which you can find on the Endurance Explorer. Just add your wallet address there, find the NFT transaction, and you'll see the details needed to add your NFT.
This could be because your wallet doesn't automatically update the NFT's look. Try re-importing the NFT using its Address and Token ID, and it should refresh to show it's ready to claim.
